You will also need to accept the message that appears on your TV screen. Since the application operates through the wireless network, there is no need to be in close proximity to the TV.

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.

- Access to the full range of app features will be granted for the duration of the subscription.

- Subscription automatically renews at the same price and period as the original "1 Week" subscription unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24-hours before the current period ends.

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected package (weekly).

- Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be disabled by accessing the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

- Active subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the subscription period.

- To avoid being charged, users must cancel a subscription during the free trial period. This can be done by accessing the subscription settings in the iTunes account at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

- Auto-renewal of subscriptions can be turned off in the iTunes Account Settings. However, cancellation of a subscription during its active period is not possible.
